Who is this?

It's Cassie! Nope not me. This is the sweetest girl you have ever met. My whole family adores her. Her name is Cassie (she has a great name huh?) my pediatrician (who is also very, very sweet) her medical assistant. I wanted to post this because she has been through a lot with our family, mostly with Grace. She is an amazing person and does her job very well. We love you so much Cassie and thank you for always squeezing us into a chaotic schedule, answering all of my 10,000 phone calls and just making me feel welcome.
